Rooted in the Preselis
Preseli Pantry began in 2009 when Rhian and Gethin Morgan converted a derelict stone barn on their family farm into a small shop selling surplus vegetables and eggs. Word spread quickly — neighbours came for the leeks and stayed for the conversation.
Fifteen years on, the barn has grown into a thriving farm shop and deli, but the principle remains unchanged: every product on our shelves has a name, a face, and a story behind it. We work with over thirty local producers, most within a twenty-mile radius, to bring you the freshest seasonal fare Pembrokeshire has to offer.
We believe food should travel fewer miles than the people eating it. Our shelves change with the seasons — Purple Sprouting in spring, Pembrokeshire Earlies in summer, squash and roots through autumn, and hearty stews and hampers come winter.
